SCIS Celebrates Arts Night

Performing arts plays a very important role in the development of children  – allowing them to express who they are. Ultimately, performing isn’t really performing without an audience. And, that’s where I want to thank all the parents who came out to share in what was a great evening for our SCIS community, and – thanks to all of you – provided an authentic experience for our students expressing themselves!

SCIS Faculty – Life Long Learners

Friday, November 24 was a free day for students, but a professional development day for faculty. Pictured below, small groups analyze research on the changing role of assessment during our morning sessions.

Small groups debate and discuss best practices in assessment to help our students.
